Refund Policy

At Ochabloom, we strive to ensure every order arrives safely and as expected. However, due to the collectible and limited-edition nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on most items.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on the following:

  • Collectible figures (including blind boxes, full sets, or mystery figures)

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Opened or tampered packaging

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

All figure sales are final. This includes mystery boxes, full sets, or any collectible vinyl figures.


Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We may issue a refund or store credit only if:

  • Your item arrives damaged due to shipping

  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging clearly showing the issue

If approved, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.


Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
