Your Right to Withdraw (EU Customers)
If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order.
To start a return, email [email protected] within 14 days.
Once we confirm the returned item meets the conditions below, we will refund the purchase price.
Exceptions
Pre-Orders / Buy-on-Demand Products
All pre-orders are supplied on a buy-on-demand basis. This means we order these items from our distributor specifically after your order is placed.
In accordance with Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to such goods.

Sealed Trading Card Merchandise

Sealed packs, boxes, and factory-sealed trading card products that are opened by the customer may not qualify for a full refund.

If the product is opened, we may deduct an amount reflecting loss in value.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied sealed items will always be refunded or replaced.
Return Process

Request an RMA — Email [email protected] with your order number, product details, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Wait for Approval — Do not send items back without RMA approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Ship with Tracking — All returns must be sent with tracked & signed-for shipping. High-value orders may require insured shipping.

Proof of Postage — Keep your proof until the refund is processed.

Inspection & Refund — Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection. Partial refunds or refusals may occur if items are missing, opened, or differ from what was shipped.
Fraud Prevention & Empty Package Policy

All returns are inspected on arrival and photographed for records.

If a package arrives empty or tampered with, we will open a carrier investigation and request the customer’s proof of postage and packaging photos.

Refunds for untracked or unauthorized returns may be refused.
