Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:


📦 Returns

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in new or slightly used condition.

  • Returns must be sent by mail only.

  • Return shipping and label costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • No restocking fee will be charged for returned items.

  • Refunds will be processed in EUR (€).


🔄 Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges within the same 14-day window.

  • Items eligible for exchange must meet the same condition standards (new or slightly used).

  • Exchange requests can be made by contacting our support team.


💶 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.
